Hot Buffet

Coq Au Vin – served with roasted garlic, rosemary mashed potatoes and broccoli sautéed in garlic and crushed red pepper

Beef Bourguignon – served with oven roasted herb rubbed new potatoes and sautéed brussel sprout with bacon lardons or sautéed green beans with garlic and lemon zest

Lasagna – fresh made pasta noodles layered with homemade meat sauce, béchamel, homemade ricotta cheese and fresh pulled mozzarella or Butternut Squash Lasagna – fresh made pasta noodles layered with oven roasted butternut squash, pesto infused béchamel, homemade ricotta cheese and fresh pulled mozzarella – served with tomato/basil bruschetta and garlic bread

Homemade Tamales – stuffed with Anaheim green chilies and chipotle pulled chicken or New Mexico hatch chilie pepper and Monterey jack cheese enchiladas with creamy salsa verde – served with Mexican rice, homemade salsa and guacamole and tortilla chips

Oven Roasted Stuffed Chicken Breast – stuffed with wild mushroom duxelle and compte cheese and focaccia  bread crumbs with a creamy Maderia sauce and Israeli cous cous with fresh herbs, lemon zest and toasted pine nuts, green vegetable of your choice

Acorn Squash – stuffed with Italian sausage, artichoke heart, parmesan cheese, and focaccia bread crumbs, wild rice and vegetable of your  choice (this can be made vegetarian by omitting the sausage and adding portabella mushrooms)

Greek Herb Marinated Chicken – served with herb rice pilaf, grilled peppers and onions, marinated feta cheese, homemade hummus and tzatziki and pita bread

Red Wine Braised Short Ribs – served with sauce made from the braising liquid, creamy parmesan polenta and sautéed green beans topped with toasted almonds

Thai Lettuce Wraps – served with iceberg lettuce cups, fresh spring rolls filled with Asian vegetables and steamed shrimp with Thai peanut dipping sauce and Asian chicken soup

Manicotti – stuffed with your choice of meat or homemade ricotta and mozzarella, covered in traditional red sauce and Italian herbs and cheese, then baked – served with your choice of vegetable and roasted garlic parmesan bread 

BBQ Chicken – chicken breasts and thighs brined overnight then rubbed with bbq seasonings and smoked, served with homemade bbq sauce, cheesy potato gratin and grilled vegetables

 

Cassoulette – traditional cassoulet with fennel spiced chicken, sausage, and white beans – served with roasted vegetables

Cider Brined Pork Loin – pork loin brined in apple cider then rubbed with fresh herbs and baked – served with cider gravy, mashed sweet potatoes and sautéed spinach

Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo – served with dirty rice and basil, jalapeno creamed corn

Soups

Smokey Portabella Soup – House smoked portabellas sautéed with maple bacon pureed into a velvety soup, topped with house smoked mushroom and bacon gremolata

Tuscan White Bean and Garlic Soup – White beans and garlic sautéed and pureed into a velvety soup, topped with crushed red pepper, parmesan and garlic croutons and crispy pancetta

Thai Chicken Soup – Detox in a bowl.  Gingery coconut broth with oven roasted chicken, rice noodles, veggies, cilantro, mint, Thai basil, and lime

Pumpkin Soup – Oven roasted pumpkin topped with Mexican cinnamon crème fraiche and toasted pumpkin seeds

Sweet Potato Soup – Oven roasted sweet potatoes pureed with a touch of cream and topped with crispy andouille sausage bites

Ancho Chicken Tortilla Soup – Topped with fire-roasted corn, cilantro, lime, and chipotle crema

Broccoli, Cheddar, Potato Soup – Topped with shredded aged Tillamook cheddar and roasted broccoli

Creamy Oven Roasted Tomato Soup  – Fresh tomatoes oven roasted with garlic, onions and italian herbs

Thai Lettuce Wraps – ground pork sautéed with red peppers, jalapeno, onion, garlic, ginger, water chestnuts, cilantro, and sweet/spicy red chili sauce.  Served with roasted peanuts and iceberg lettuce cups

Pulled Pork Sandwich – House smoked pulled pork with smoked Carolina style BBQ sauce and wasabi/jalapeño coleslaw, served on an egg bun

Smoked Ham and Baby Swiss – House smoked ham with apple, golden raisin, toasted almond slaw, baby Swiss, and Creole Bourbon honey mustard, served on whole grain bread

Pancetta Wrapped Meatloaf Sandwich – Homemade meatloaf wrapped in pancetta, baked then sliced, topped with provolone, romaine, basil pesto aioli, served on rosemary focaccia bread

Grilled Veggie Sandwich – Marinated grilled veggies topped with homemade ricotta, arugula, and balsamic vinaigrette, served on rosemary focaccia bread

Beer Brined Smoked Turkey Sandwich – House smoked turkey topped with maple cured bacon, avocado, romaine, red onion, provolone, and roasted red pepper pesto, served on whole grain bread

Black Pepper Crusted Beef Tenderloin Sandwich – Oven roasted black pepper crusted tenderloin, thinly sliced and cooked medium rare, topped with ages Tillamook cheddar, arugula, red onion and horseradish mayonnaise, served on a croissant.

Deposits:  Orders of $500 of more may require a 50% non-refundable deposit

Minimum Order:  $50 for delivery

Delivery:  Delivery charges are determined by zip code and the site’s proximity to downtown KCMO, $15 minimum

Advance Notice:  All orders are subject to availability.  24 hours notice is required

Cancellation:  24 hour notice is required for order cancellation.  Full invoice amount will be charged for cancellations that do not meet the deadline.

Dietary Requests:  I will seek to meet individual dietary needs upon request.  Please note that some items contain nuts (including peanuts)
